The minimum age of a child at the time of admission shall be seven years in Class III, completed as on 31 March or earlier but not later in any case.
Date of Birth as mentioned in the Transfer Certificate issued by previous school will be final and no request for its change will be entertained under any circumstances.
The Admission Form, available from the Principal, is to be filled very carefully after passing the test/interview.
No admission will be considered until all requirements are fully met.
The Principal does not bind himself to furnish any reason for rejecting any application/Admission Form.
Each pupil, at the time of admission, must produce :
A Transfer Certificate in original from the last recognized school/college attended
A Medical Certificate of health from an MBBS Doctor.
The College reserves to itself the right to decide the class in which a pupil will be placed on admission. If need be, the pupil will be submitted to a test/interview.
If a pupil has come from a different State, the Transfer Certificate must be countersigned by the appropriate Inspector concerned. Only a Transfer Certificate from a recognized School/College is accepted.
If a Transfer Certificate is delayed as a result of being sent for counter-signature, a provisional Certificate from the previous School/College may be submitted. However, admission granted in such cases will be treated as provisional till a proper Transfer Certificate from a recognized School/ College is submitted.
WITHDRAWAL
A clear month's written notice of withdrawal of a pupil must be given by the parent/guardian or one month's fees will be charged in lieu thereof. This rule may be relaxed in the case of civil or military officers who have been transferred at short notice provided a copy of the transfer order is attached along with the withdrawal application and the transfer takes place from Dehra Dun station.
No Transfer Certificate will be given if such notice of withdrawal is not received by the Principal, or a month's fees, in lieu of notice, have not been paid.
No Transfer Certificate will be issued before all dues are cleared. If a Transfer Certificate is not collected by the end of twelve months of leaving the College, a fee of Rs. 500/- (Five hundred) will be charged.
